Regarding ME/CFS: matrine (or the similar oxymatrine) + creatine and inosine helped me with long covid and I actually found out about them from ME/CFS support group because there's reason to think Long COVID and ME/CFS are similar/same conditions. I've gone from exhausted narcoleptic to halfway functional with that combo of supplements after trying many other things. Atlanta Acupuncture supply probably has cheapest oxymatrine. Liftmode the cheapest regular matrine. Inosine and creatine available countless places. Best wishes
