I love reading your posts. I used the Norwegian story in a sermon at my UU Fellowship in Solana Beach, CA (near San Diego). I find your posts inspiring and great reminders for me to be grateful for the life I have and not to take anything for granted. Thank you.
Hi Karyn. I definitely like hearing you play the piano. I've been practicing the piano lately too. There's so much to learn. Thank you for being here. H
I was late to the party so I missed the first handful of episodes. My fave is the story of how your parents met- it's (kind of) similar to how my wife and I met, so it really resonated.
I love listening to your posts. The layers of music and other people sometimes speaking creates a rich feeling landscape. It’s amazing to hear laughter and tears. One can’t read that or write that. Thanks for the deep heartfelt offering. I’ve listened to all the posts you’ve recorded. Last weeks was my favorite. ❤️
Thank you Tricia. Yes... I've appreciated the ability to include the honest moments of emotion that happen in the creative process. I liked last week's too. :) ❤️
It’s a toss-up between “Stolen Quarters” and the last episode with ‘your dad.’🤗 Surprisingly, I love listening to your voice. As Karyn says, it is so much more intimate.
I love this time I spend with you, Hal. I was all caught up, until this episode, so now I need to catch forward. I look forward to hearing more about the Austin adventure as well. I am going to take this opportunity to say that I would like to include an audio recording of your performance of “Will You Love” at Love Song for Hal on the 2022 edition of the annual music-that-mattered-to-me compilation cd that I share with a few friends. Do you have an audio file of that you could share with me? I’d be happy to send you a copy of the 2021 version.
Prolly my fave episode was the story of what happened in Hawaii; I didn’t know the details. But really I have enjoyed every episode. I enjoy listening to your voice when I can. Big love.
Your posts are wonderful! I got behind only because I have spent the last 3 weeks in Houston visiting my sister and also going to her beach house in Galveston.
I'll be back in Buffalo tomorrow and look forward to catching up.

That's great, Lisa. I'd love to hear how you used the story. Thank you. Hal
Hi Hal! I definitely like listening to you reading the stories aloud podcast-style. It brings a more intimate vibe & you have a great reading voice.

Hi Hal. I read your Saturday episodes even before I do Wordle. That says a lot. ❤️
That means a lot to me Jo. I know how important Wordle is. H
Thanks Hal. Good to see you and hear your voice
Thanks Trish. I'm glad to know that more warm weather is around the corner. :). H
Hi Hal, I read them all! My favorites are always the ones with songs. Keep up the great writing but rest too! Love, Nancy
Thank you Nancy... More songs on the way. :). H
Hi Hal. Great way to take a week off and yet still send out a post. A fantastic round up of what you have achieved this year. Well done.
HI Cali Bird. Yes. I was glad that this idea appeared on Friday. :). I really appreciate your latest about permission to be weird. :). Thank you! H
You're welcome. Glad it hit the spot.
I am an avid reader of your podcasts, but certainly understand when you need a break.
Thank you so much, Julie. Because of people like you, I will keep doing this. H
I don't have any to catch up on . I love hearing your voice every week and thoroughly enjoy your stories. Take care, my friend.
Thank you, Melanie. :). I'm really glad to know this. I'll keep going. Take care, yourself. H
Hal, thank you for your honesty and insight. I love reading your newsletters. :)
Thank you Lisa!

Hi Hal - Gee this list of prior episodes was a great idea - I see I have missed several! I'll catch up! Jan P
Oh good. I like hearing that. Thanks! H
