Eleanor and Hal, I am really looking forward to the documentary. The photo for the poster is a great composition. I really love non-fiction narrative filmmaking. And I cherish all things creative from Hal. San Francisco Film Fest does a Doc Fest every Fall, and they have docs in their April Intl film fest, as well.

Beautiful. Moving. And just as a teaser! Elanor's searching took me back (a long way) to that time of my life, early 20s, coming in to my powers but utterly unsure of the way forward.

Elanor- are you familiar with the Telluride Film Festival? It is all about documentaries. It is very vibrant and can give you good expsure. They have full length films and shorts too. Definitely check it out!

I think this film would fit in well! Its about the human spirit.

I hope Eleanor discovers that she can learn to make excellent films, great films, without an academic degree. Some other movie director is going to see her talent and teach her everything else she needs to know, that she thinks she needs to know, to be a great filmmaker.

Looking great, Hal! Are you still able to play some musical instruments at all (I am thinking of the shots of you hammering on the round ringy-toned thing -- was that recent?)

Hal, you live such a rich and creative life, even with your illness. Of all the people in the world, Eleanor is the perfect person to capture this. It will give that hope of LIFE, despite disabilities, to all. Thank you to both of you!
