Your exquisite writing touches my very soul. I am honored to be a subscriber. Thank you so much for your wisdom. Writing this with tears of gratitude in my eyes.
Yours was the 1st substack I read today, and I think I'll stop now. I want to spend my late summer day feeling your words and seeing how they encourage me to live this day. Thank you.
Absolutely delightful Hal. You write and experience life on a deeper and deeper level and have grown so much since I've had the pleasure and opportunity to get to know you. I've not been successful at a gratitude list but think with your example I will try to develop that list. Think I'll start today. Number one on list will be thank you God for letting Hal come into my life. Enjoy your wildflowers today. Love you.
You are a delight in my life. I've been having the thought to "Lighten Up" today and it's working. I appreciate your lightness and sense of humor. Love, Hal
I loved listening to this. Was feeling blue and found it randomly on the Substack app after tapping that curious, new play button. Feeling such a connection and so grateful to you., Hal. Thank you.
Dear Hal, I'm SO grateful that you had the energy to write this! Your deep soul self that I came to know singing with you, came through so perfectly. Please keep up the things that give you this strength and know that we are with you. You are in my thoughts and prayers each day. I need to tell you that more!
Nancy 'West Shore', now living home in Wisconsin. I love you Hal Walker.
Thank you so much. Your comment means alot to me. You will be in my thoughts and prayers as well. I really need to start keeping a list. So many beloveds out there in the world. ❤️
Thank you for this post, H. I’ve seen some beautiful wildflowers here in the Rocky Mountains but, honestly, nothing as magnificent as the stunning, delicate beauties from your little patch. 🌸

HI Marcia. Thank you. I miss talking with you. H
Tears over breakfast 💦🌱Thank you. Such a gift.
Nothing wrong with some tears over breakfast. I've had a few myself. I'm grateful to have been a part of that moment. H

Hi Kimberley. I'm so glad you randomly clicked. You never know where a random click will take you. Welcome. I appreciate the connection. H
Especially love the last paragraph. May each of us wildflowers lift our faces to the sun, sway with the breeze and begin again with the next season!
I'm always grateful when the last paragraph appears out of nowhere. This one felt appropriate. sending love Evelyn. H
My friend has a wildflower garden for his backyard. We trapped 3 raccoons and three ground hogs and relocated them.
nice. :)

Very beautiful and emotional. How you turned negatives into positives in your own way. Love the idea of the gratitude journal.
My whole life these days is about turning negatives into positives. Sometimes, I'm more successful than others. Thanks, Nancy.
I especially appreciated your "Wildflower Stories". Gratitude is a powerful force, and it's free! I am so grateful for your episodes.
thanks for the good idea, Carol. ❤️

Hi sister. I vaguely remember those Rocky Mountain wildflowers. It's been a long time. ❤️
Exquisite you...
Hi Friend. Nice to see your name and your face. "My soul wanted a human experience..." :)
Love this, Hal. YES! To the wild flowers in each of us, the groundhogs, unexpected friends, and others just trying to stay alive.
"just trying to stay alive..." indeed.
