Here goes… R-Z with a few tricky letters…
R - roses because I love the smell and beauty and I suppose we’re stopping here to smell ‘em 😁
S - soliloquy because I have loved that word since learning Shakespeare as a teen
T - trials in life to keep me softened… was not expecting that and maybe it is housed in the context of having read your list but there it is and nothing else appeared in brief time although I now thought of treats so those too 😋
U - uniqueness and unicorns because I have almost always enjoyed things that are happily unexpected and rare
V - violets come to mind but I don’t know if I’m really grateful for violets… I’m grateful that they are in a bubble bath that got me through grief and the Covid isolation days
